The Landhof Restaurant is in the village of Olwisheim only a few kilometres from Strasbourg on the road to Kochersberg. A former coaching inn, it has become a truly magical place.

Exoticism and charm are there to greet you at the entrance of the large paved courtyard where you will be welcomed by the cries of peacocks strolling around in total freedom. It’s here at the Landhof Restaurant that flamed tart and traditional Alsatian dishes, many of which were created here, began to take off more than 27 years ago…

We have four dining rooms each with its own identity. «The Stub» wood-lined from floor to ceiling, «The Stable» with its rustic plaster-work, «The Classic» Alsatian-style and «The Inn» whose walls and ceiling are covered with antique, rural objects.

To enhance conviviality, each room is heated by a Kacheloffe, a traditional, Rhineland, earthenware stove which radiates a uniquely pleasant warmth.
And then, on fine days, there is the arboured terrace, its abundant greenery bathed in soft candlelight and where the peacocks calmly mix with diners.

We look forward to welcoming you.
